摘要
肩周炎又称肩关节周围炎，是以肩关节疼痛和活动不便为主要症状的常见病症。本病的好发年龄在50岁左右，故有“五十肩”之称。女性略多于男性，体力劳动者和脑力劳动者均可发病。本病如得不到有效治疗，有可能使肩关节发生粘连，妨碍日常生活。笔者采用针刺结合手法治疗的方法，疗效显著，值得推广，现将具体内容介绍如下。
