补肾降脂丸治疗血脂异常250例 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察补肾降脂丸对人体血清脂质的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组,停用降脂药物2周,治疗组口服补肾降脂丸每日9粒,分3次服。对照组口服绞股蓝总甙片每日120mg,分3次服。观察治疗前后血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、AI及相关临床症状的变化。结果治疗组和对照组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AI治疗后比治疗前均明显降低(P〈0.01),治疗组降TG优于对照组(P〈0.01),对于低血清HDL-C,治疗组和对照组均能明显升高HDL-C水平(P〈0.01)。在个体疗效方面,总有效率治疗组治疗高TC、高TG优于...
