摘要
常规TIG点焊生产效率低,焊点熔深浅。活性化焊(A-TIG)与常规TIG焊相比可大幅地提高焊点熔深,从而提高焊接效率。通过SUS304不锈钢A-TIG点焊工艺试验,在不同参数下,研究了TiO2和SiO2活性剂对焊点成形和性能的影响。在活性剂作用下,SiO2能显著提高焊点熔深,深宽比可达0.78,而TiO2作用相对较少;并且添加SiO2活性剂能大大提高焊点接头的抗剪切性能,同时细化熔合区晶粒组织。结果表明,添加SiO2活性剂的A-TIG点焊方法可以获得合格的点焊接头,焊点成形良好,力学性能满足相关标准要求。
Conventional TIG welding is known as its low productivity and limited weld depth in a welding spot.Activating TIG welding (A-TIG) can greatly improve the weld penetration and thus enhance the process efficency in comparison with the conventional TIG welding. Based on A-TIG spot welding tests for stainless steel sheets of SUS304, under the different experimental conditions, the effect of TiO2 and SiO: used as activating flux on the properties of welding point is revealed.SiO2 increased the weld penetration dramatically while TiO2 has little effect.The weld D/W ratio due to addition of SiO2 became 0.78.The effect of flux SiO2 on the weld tensile strength is the best,while the the grains of fusion area are refined.The results show that the qualified joint weld is obtained by the A-TIG spot welding method which can meet the requirements of smoothness, nugget dimension and mechanical properties.
