摘要
将侧吹风窗生产设备的侧吹风窗改造为环吹风窗,通过单喷丝板生产266 dtex/288 f细旦涤纶预取向丝(POY),研究了纺丝工艺条件对POY物理性能的影响。结果表明:纺丝温度290~293℃,环吹风压力130 Pa,纺丝速度2700 m/min时,可制得性能优良的涤纶POY,产品条干不匀率1.1%,产品的断裂强度不匀率小于3.0%,断裂伸长率不匀率小于4.0%。
The fine denier PET preoriented yarn (POY) of 266 dtex/288 f was prepared by using a single spinneret with a cireular air blow unit transformed from a cross air blow unit. The effect of the spinning conditions on the physical properties of POY was studied. The results showed that the PET POY with superior properties can be produced by controlling the spinning tempera- ture 290 -293~C, circular air pressure 130 Pa, spinning speed 2 700 m/rain. The obtained POY had the yarn irregularity of 1. 1% and the unevenness of breaking strength and elongation at break below 3.0% and 4.0%, respectively.
