摘要
按照经验公式估算了自行开发的468Q汽油机润滑系统的循环油量,行车试验发现,汽油机由高速大负荷运行突然转为怠速运行时,在怠速偏低和苛刻行驶后机油温度偏高的共同作用下,使用较低黏度等级的机油出现了油压偏低、油压报警的问题。针对这一问题提出了一种以发动机在热车状态低速运转时所需保证的最低机油压力为条件,依据流体力学基本原理的润滑系统循环油量的计算方法,根据计算结果重新调整机油泵的循环油量,试验结果表明机油压力满足汽油机的工作要求。
Based on the empirical equation ,the lubrication flow rate of 468Q gasoline engine which is developed by ourselves was calculated. The road tests show, when the gasoline engine which is using the low viscous oil runs from high speed and heavy loaded state into idle speed state suddenly, the low lubrication pressure alert will appear due to the effect of the lower idle speed and the high oil temperature. Aimed at the problem mentioned above, a new hydrodynamic computing equation of the circulation oil volume of the lubrication system was brought forward to improve the pressure required in the main oil channel in the condition of low speed and high temperature for the engine. It is found in the road tests that the lubricant pressure adjusted by the calculating result can meet the traveling requirements.
