摘要
针对通信对抗系统（communication countermeasurement system,CC-MS）的作战能力评估问题,结合其组成及作战任务,建立通信对抗系统作战能力评价指标体系。基于指标体系中不同的上下层指标间的关系给出2种聚合模型。采用该模型分析通信对抗系统作战能力评价指标体系中各层指标间的聚合关系,得到通信对抗系统的作战能力评估模型。实例表明：该通信对抗系统作战能力评估模型具有实用性,其评估结果可为通信对抗装备合理配置和指挥决策有效发挥提供参考。
To evaluate the combat capability of communication countermeasurement system（CCMS）,the structure and combat flow are studied.The index system for combat capability of CCMS is established.According to the relationship between indexes of upper and lower layers,two kinds of models for index aggregation are given.Relationship of aggregation for the index system is analyzed,evaluation model of combat capability for CCMS is obtained.The practical example indicates the effectiveness of evaluation model for the combat capability of CCMS and the result can give a reference to collocating and using of the communication countermeasurement equipment.
