弹性髓内针治疗儿童股骨干骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折疗效。方法:对32例股骨干闭合性骨折患儿行弹性髓内钉治疗。结果:随访6~30个月(平均14个月)。术后6~12个月拔除髓内钉,未发生明显肢体短缩及过度生长、感染、骨不连、畸形愈合、断钉及临近关节功能障碍。结论:弹性髓内钉交叉固定技术具有切口小、创伤小、操作方便、固定可靠、骨折愈合快、并发症少、拔钉简单、住院时间短等优点,适用于小儿长管状骨尤其是股骨骨折的内固定。
