可动式跨关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗肘部创伤21例 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨可动式跨关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗肘部创伤的疗效。方法采用可动式跨关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗肘部创伤21例，均获完全随访，男13例，女8例；年龄17～62（37．6±11．3）岁；左侧9例，右侧12例；其中开放性损伤5例；髁间骨折8例，髁上骨折5例，Ⅳ型Monteggia＇s骨折2例，肱尺关节后脱位伴肱骨外上髁骨折2例，尺骨鹰嘴骨折4例。结果本组所有21例随访3个月至2．5年，平均（8±2．1）个半月。肘关节活动度为5°～140°（120°±0．6°），19例前臂旋转范围与对侧相差不到10°，2例旋转受限较明显，参照Mayo肘关节功能评分系统，在最终随访时11例优，5例良，3例可，2例差，平均（87．6±0．8）分（52～97分）。4例发生并发症：1例为桡神经暂时性麻痹，1例为尺神经牵拉伤，均经口服神经营养药及理疗后恢复，另2例为去除Schanz钉后仍有钉道渗液，经搔刮钉道及使用敏感抗生素后治愈。结论使用可动式跨关节外固定架结合有限内固定治疗肘部创伤疗效满意，值得临床推广。
