摘要
通过对发动机附件及其支架的振动信号进行总值和阶次分析,结合基于阶次分析的计算位移,确定振动信号的主要频率成分及最大振动和最大位移产生时的发动机运行工况,并结合疲劳损伤理论,确定了考核发动机附件及其支架可靠性的各个转速和持续时间,为相应耐久工况的制定提供参考依据。
The main frequency components and the working conditions when max acceleration value and max displacement value happen are determined by analyzing vibration signals of engine accessory section using overall analysis,order analysis and calculated displacement.An integrated working cycle including various engine speeds and corresponding durations using for the durability assessment of engine accessory section was established based on the fatigue damage theory.
