摘要
汽车零部件究竟是自制还是外购,自制率究竟多少合适,是汽车制造商长期研究的课题。长期以来,降低自制率,实行整车与大部分零部件分离经营是一种趋势。但随着盈利向核心零部件环节的转移,追求核心总成零部件与整车一体化经营正在成为越来越多的商用车制造商的选择。以经济学、价值链和现代供应链理论为基础,结合国内外商用车发展的趋势,简要分析核心总成零部件与整车一体化经营的趋势。
Self-made auto parts,or whether it is purchased,and how appropriate the number of self-rate to be is a long term topic studied by the car manufacturers.For a long time,there is such a trend to reduce local content rate,and to achieve the separation of operations between the auto vehicles and the majority of auto parts.However,with the benefits diverting to the core auto parts sections,the pursuit of integrated operations of the core assembly parts and vehicles is becoming a choice by more and more commercial vehicle manufacturers.Based on the theory of economics,value chain and modern supply chains,and the trend of vehicles' development both at home and abroad,this paper gives a brief analysis on the trend of integrated operations of the core assembly parts and vehicles.
