摘要
通过对人参蛋白的四种提取方法(盐析法、丙酮沉淀法、聚乙二醇沉淀法、中空纤维膜过滤法)进行比较,采用SDS-PAGE电泳法、Bradford蛋白纯度检测法获得相关数据。结果表明,聚乙二醇沉淀法和中空纤维膜过滤法收率最高;中空纤维膜过滤法与盐析法纯度最好;中空纤维膜过滤法的电泳条带最完整清晰。
The comparative study was made between different extracting methods(salt out,acetone precipitation,PEG precipitation and hollow fiber membrane filtration)of ginseng protein with data which was attained by SDS-PAGE and Bradford protein assay knit. The results pointed out that the methods of PEG and hollow fiber membrane got the highest yield;hollow fiber membrane and salt out got the best purity;the SDS-PAGE band of hollow fiber membrane was the most tidy and clear.
