摘要
公选任用领导干部制度有利于优秀女性领导人才脱颖而出,使女性领导干部更充分地发挥其领导才能。这一制度是将社会性别纳入决策主流、促进男女平等发展的新机制。由于公开选拔领导干部制度在实践中还存在性别严重失衡的现象,因而培育先进社会性别文化、完善公选领导干部制度,促进性别平等发展依然任重而道远。
The system of selecting and appointing cadres in an open and fair manner is helpful for the excellent women cadres to fully demonstrate their leading abilities. This system is a new mechanism incorporating social gender into mainstream decision-making and promoting the equal development between men and women. However, gender imbalance still exists in practice. For this reason, there's still a long way to go in developing an advanced social gender culture, improving the system of cadre selection and appointment, and promoting gender equality.
