摘要
铁牛七水提浸膏对小鼠移植瘤：S_180（多形细胞性肉瘤）、H_22（肝细胞瘤）和S_37（未分化肉瘤）有明显抑制作用。在剂量0．06g／kg和0．12g／kg，对S_180、H_22及S_37抑制作用明显。对S_37瘤细胞生长抑制率达80％；体外抑瘤实验结果对人肝癌（Ca7721）0．1mg／20μl杀伤率为100％，对胃癌（Ca7901）0．1mg／20μl杀伤率为100％，对食管癌（E_Ca－109）浓度为1．1mg／20μl，0．05mg／20μl杀伤率为100％，且杀伤率与剂量呈线性关系。
The extract of Aconitum Szechnyianum Gay inhibited singnificantly the growth of S_180, H_22 and S_37 transplanted turmour at the doses of 0. 06 and 0. l2g/kg, It killed singnificantly the alimentary canal cancer 7721、7901 and Eca─109 in vitro at the doses of 0. 1mg/20μl and 0. 05mg/20μl.
