电风暴的患者植入埋藏式心脏转复除颤器后心室率稳定功能的应用三例
摘要
3例经历了长短周期现象诱发电风暴的患者在药物治疗的基础上植入埋藏式心脏转复除颤器(ICD),并开启ICD心室率稳定功能。随访3～6个月,3例未再发作室性心动过速和心室颤动。结论 :开启ICD心室率稳定功能,同时结合药物治疗能有效预防电风暴的发生,减少ICD放电。
