摘要 论述富氧冶炼的必要性以及物理制富氧的可行性,介绍采用了计算机自动控制物理分离空气中的氧气与氮气。控制系统采用先进可靠的"PLC+上位监控站",以此为核心实现全部控制与管理功能。整个自控装置的基本控制与管理功能包括:程控阀开关控制,模拟量检测与调节、质量控制、故障报警与记录,历史数据记录、流量累计等功能。投入运行后,制纯氧量达到70%以上。提高了粗铜产量和冶炼技术水平。 This article discussed the need for oxygen - rich in smelting and feasibility of physical procucing oxygen enrichment , introuduced the method of physical separating oxygen and nitrogen by computer automation in the air. The advanced and reliable "PLC + PC Monitoring Station" system has been used as control system , Focused on this system, realized all the control and management functions. The basic control and management features of the whole automation controlled device included : program -controlled switch control, analog detection and regulation, quality control, fault alarm and records, historical data records, the cumulative flow functions and so on. Putting into operation, the quantity of pure oxygen production has reached 70%, the technical level of blister copper production and smelting were Improved.
