摘要
本文PYY2207超重液压圆锥破碎机是在梅山矿业公司原Φ2 200弹簧圆锥破碎机存在问题进行分析的基础上进行改进的设备,经对其破碎力进行研究,并对主轴强度进行校核,通过加大设计破碎力,增加破碎圆锥惯性力,提高实际破碎效果,达到改造的效果与目的。
This paper describes the transformation of conventional Ф2200 spring cone crusher based on the analysis on its structure and defects appeared in its operation. PYD2207 super heavy hydraulic cone crusher was adopted instead. On the study of its crushing force and checking the strength of its main shaft, while improving design crushing force and increasing crushing cone inertial force, the efficiency of crusher was increased, PYY2207 super heavy hydraulic cone crusher has already met the efficiency and purpose of the transformation.
