摘要
为了实现对不同种类、不同型号机载电子设备的自动测试和智能故障诊断,文章设计与研制了一套混合总线的机载电子设备通用测试诊断平台;文章简要介绍了平台的构成和硬件结构,根据系统特点选择GPTS3.0为测试程序开发和运行环境、INCON2.0为故障诊断程序开发和运行环境,阐述了该平台扩展方便、程序开发容易、用户界面友好的特点,并根据平台结构将软件设计分为5部分,详细说明了5部分的功能和实现方法;实践表明,该平台测试精度高,故障诊断能力强,可靠性好,抗干扰能力强,完全可以满足机载电子设备测试和故障诊断的要求。
In order to test & diagnose airborne electronic equipment of different kind and different model automatically and intelligently, a general automatic test & intelligent fault diagnosis platform for airborne electronic equipment based on mixed- bus is designed and researched. The platform' s component and hardware structure is introduced briefly. According to the character of the platform, GPTS3.0 is chosen as test software and INCON2.0 is chosen as fault diagnosis software. The platform has the quality of the convenience of expansibility, the easiness of programming and the good user interface. Software design is divided into 5 parts due to the platform' s structure. And each part' s realization approach is interpreted in detail. The results show that the platform has many advantages such as the high precision of testing, the good capacity of fault diagnosis, the good reliability and the great capacity of anti-jamming. The platform can meet the needs of automatic test & intelligent fault diagnosis for airborne electronic equipment.
