摘要
基于一个实际案例,结合博弈双方的策略,给维权方提出了一个可操作性的应对策略并付诸实践,达到了预期效果,可为以后类似情况借鉴。
Based on a real case, and connecting with the strategies of both parties of the game, this paper puts forward some operable coping strategies for the part of rights protection, and applies them into practice and reaches the excepted effect, which can provide the reference for similar situation in the future.
