摘要
基于节能减排中建筑节能的重要性,2008年内蒙古自治区建设厅组织编写并发布了内蒙古《居住建筑节能设计标准》(DBJ03-35-2008)。在标准编制的过程中,所涉及到的内蒙古居住建筑节能率、计算依据、计算步骤及其内涵是重点研究的核心内容。通过研究内蒙古居住建筑各步节能的节能率、采暖耗热量和耗煤量指标,本文对新标准的节能率进行了诠释,并给出了各步节能设计标准耗热量指标和建筑围护结构节能率的计算公式。
Based on the importance of building energy efficiency in the strategy of energy-saving and emission reduction,the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings(DBJ 03-35-2008) of Inner Mongolia was compiled and promulgated by the construction department of Inner Mongolia in 2008.During the compilation period,some core elements for Inner Mongolia residential buildings were concerned,such as the energy-saving rate,the calculation basis and steps,as well as the connotation.In this paper,the energy-saving rate of new standard was defined by studying the energy-saving rate,the indexes of energy consumption and coal consumption of heating of each energy-saving stage.Moreover,for each stage,the heat loss indexes were given out,and the calculated formula of building envelope energy-saving rate were provided.
