摘要
目的了解医院护工医院感染知识掌握情况。方法根据《医院感染管理办法》和《消毒技术规范》中与护工相关的章节,采用自行设计的护工医院感染知识调查问卷,对护工进行问卷调查。结果护工对医院感染知识平均知晓率为43.8%,其中医疗废物正确处置知晓率最高为70.8%,而六步洗手法知晓率最低为6.9%。结论护工医院感染知识缺乏,在日常工作中存在较严重的医院感染隐患,采取合适的培训方法可促进护工对医院感染知识的掌握,各部门加强对护工工作的监督与管理是提高护工工作质量,控制医院感染的有效保障。
OBJECTIVE To study the situation about nosocomial infection knowledge among care workers.METHODS According to the relevant paragraphs in connection with hospital care workers in Hospital Infection Control Measures and Sterilization Technical Specifications,the self-designed questionnaire about nosocomial infection knowledge for hospital care workers was used and conducted.RESULTS The average awareness rate of hospital infection knowledge among them was 43.8%,including the proper disposal of medical waste awareness rate was up to 70.8%,while the six-step hand-washing method awareness rate was as low as 6.9%.CONCLUSIONS Care workers lack of knowledge of hospital infection,in their daily work there are more serious hospital infection risks,adopting the appropriate methods of training can promote care workers to grasp the nosocomial infection knowledge.All departments must strengthen supervision over the work of care workers and management to improve the quality of care workers and effectively control the nosocomial infection.
