摘要
冻存复温后大鼠的甲状腺和胸腺组织,其超微结构的主要改变为线粒体肿胀;甲状腺组织粗面内质网池明显扩张.对复温后立即固定的组织,只根据其形态学改变,不能准确判断冷冻损伤的程度.
Freez-thawed thyroid and thymus tissues were observed with a transmitted electron microscope. Main changes of the tissues were the swelling of mitochondria. In the thyroid tissue, rough endoplasmic reticula of follicular cells were dilated. It's difficult to evaluate the degree of cell damage by the morphological changes alone.
