摘要
钛白行业是高能耗高污染行业,随着国家节能减排要求的提高,钛白行业已陷入了前所未有的困境。目前钛白三废的处理技术上已不存在大的难题,但是经济成本负担却很沉重,经济上的不平衡是制约中国钛白产业发展的关键因素。无机钛酸盐材料是以钛白粉为原料的先进功能材料,其需求量日益增大。分析了钛白行业的污染处理和钛白工业的研究进展,提出了钛白粉耦合钛酸盐生产节能减排新工艺。耦合工艺降低了新材料钛酸钾的成本,其利润可很好地解决钛白工业的污染处理成本问题,不仅提高了钛白工业的竞争力,而且还推动钛酸盐新材料产业的发展,是一条适合中国钛白行业发展的节能减排新思路。
Titanium industry is a high-energy consumption and high-pollution industry.Along with more requirements on energy saving and emission reduction in China,titanium industry has been plunged into an unprecedented predicament.Technologies for the treatment of 'three-waste' generated by titanium production have been well developed.However,economic cost burden is very heavy and economic unbalance is the key factor that affect development of titanium industry.Titanate,with titanium white as raw material,is an advanced functional inorganic material and its market demand expands increasingly.Advance on research of titanium industry and its pollution treatment was analyzed,and a new energy saving and emission reduction technology for titanate production coupling with titanium industry was proposed.New coupling technology reduced the cost of the new material—potassium titanate,and a part of the profit can be used for waste treatment,which can both strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises and accelerate the development of titanium industry.Therefore,it is a new way for energy saving and emission reduction,which is suitable for the development of titanium industry in China.
