摘要
就业水平是医学院校非医学类专业生存与发展的生命线,为有针对性地解决就业问题,需要对就业水平影响因素进行综合分析。文章从供、需、管三个环节对影响卫生管理专业就业水平的主要因素进行探讨,并在此基础上提出就业促进的全方位推进与全过程管理的战略。
The level of employment of non-medical professional is lifeline for survival and development in medical institutions. It is necessary to make a comprehensive analysis of the factors impacting employment rate. In this paper ,main factors are explored from the aspects of demand ,supply ,and management ,and strategies of promoting full range of employment are put forward.
