摘要
大学生思想政治工作是做人的工作,人不是机器,不能单靠命令来达到目的。新时期的大学生思想政治工作是由认知、行为、情感相互作用动态发展的系统,在工作过程中将其期望暗中传递给学生,可促使师生之间形成良性心理互动,将使教育收到事半功倍的效果。
University students＇ ideological political education is primarily about people.People are not robots,and can not achieve goals only by orders.Nowadays,the university ideological political education is a dynamic developing system,in which there is an interaction of cognition,action and emotion.Creating high expectations for the students during education work can improve the formation of positive psychological interaction between teachers and students,yielding double the results of education work with half the effort.
