摘要
教育应满足幼儿的发展需求。对贫困地区幼儿来说,在度量其发展需求时不应从其所处的地域或家庭条件出发,而应依据其作为个体与社会成员的价值与地位,充分考虑其本体性的发展需求,认识到贫困地区幼儿与经济发达地区幼儿的个体发展需求是相同的、等值的。这是贫困地区幼儿作为人而存在的尊严之所在,也是国家未来发展所需高素质公民的要求。充分保障贫困地区幼儿受教育权的实现,有助于社会的合理分层与义务教育质量的全面提升。各级政府、社区和家庭应合理分担贫因地区幼儿教育责任,通过观念变革与制度创新,充分满足贫困地区幼儿的发展需求,有效实现教育公平,推动我国整体教育水平的提高。
In this paper, we describe the development needs of young children in poor areas from the education, psychology, economics, ethics, institutional analysis and other perspectives, and conclude that in the past the development needs of young children in poor areas are not fully concerned. When people tried to meet the development needs of young children in poor areas, they failed to take into account social stratification factors. So we should make the children's care needs of ontology as a measure, re-locate the starting point of education, extent the basic education and change the concept and institutional innovation for fully meeting the development needs of young children in poor areas.
