摘要
文章根据现场分析了包钢焦化厂循环水水质状况,存在问题,通过试验研究了循环水对碳钢腐蚀、结垢影响,根据国家标准工业冷却循环水设计规范GB50050—2007要求,并结合包钢焦化厂实际情况提出了焦化循环水有效节水减排措施。
In the article,the water quality and existing problems of recycled water in Coking Plant of Baotou Steel are analysed based on situations in the work field. Moreover, the influences of reeycled water on corrosion of carbon steel and scale are researched with experiments. Finally, the measures of water saving and discharge reduction for recycled water are proposed according to the requirements of National Standard GBS0050--2007,and combining with the actual situations of Coking Plant of Baotou Steel.
