婴儿配方奶粉中条件致病菌的检出及检测方法的建立 被引量:4

摘要 通过对市售婴儿配方奶粉中条件致病菌的筛查,检测出婴儿配方奶粉中不同程度地污染了阪崎肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和产酸克雷伯氏菌,检测样本50份,这三种菌的污染几率分别为8%、8%、12%。所建立的检测方法分别为传统方法的分离鉴定和荧光定量PCR法。
