摘要
目的: 探讨评估药品质量的模式和方法。方法: 通过资料和文献检索,结合我国药品市场现状,从药品的质量控制、上市药品的质量再评价等方面进行综合分析并评价。结果与结论:本文从药品的质量控制、生产厂家的GMP实施情况、上市药品的质量再评价、药品的临床适用性等方面阐释了影响药品质量的因素,所探讨的方法可较全面地用于药品质量的评估。
Objective： To explore the mode and methods of drug quality evaluation. Methods： Literature retrieval through internet and database was conducted, and comprehensive analysis and comment were given through the aspects of drug quality control, re-evalustion of listed drugs, etc. Rcsults and Conclusions： In this paper, faetors that affect the quality of drugs were expatiated in the following aspects： the quality control of drugs, the GMP implementation of manufactures, re-evaluation of the quality of listed drugs and clinical applicability of drugs, etc. The drug quality could be well evaluated by the discussed methods.
