国外高血压与盐摄入研究热点文献分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的检索国外高血压与盐摄入研究的相关文献,分析当前该主题的研究热点。方法对PubMed数据库中发表的有关高血压与盐摄入的国外文献进行分析,下载这些文献的主题词并统计主题词出现的频次,截取频次>41次的主题词作为高频主题词。两两统计高频主题词在同一篇文献中出现的频率,形成主题词共现矩阵,利用SPSS统计软件对矩阵做聚类分析,通过分析各类的文献内容,得到该主题的研究热点。结果共检出有关高血压与盐摄入的论文2756篇,出现频次超过41次的主题词为34个,其中出现频次最高的主题词为高血压病理生理研究,出现频次为436次。通过对这34个高频主题词聚类得到4个研究热点。结论目前国外对高血压与盐摄入的研究热点主要集中在高血压的药物疗法、高盐饮食对血压有不良的生理作用、钠的新陈代谢对于高血压的影响及氯化钠的药理学作用。 Objective To present the hot topics on hypertension and salt intake research by analyzing related literatures.Methods.Foreign literatures related to hypertension and salt intake were searched for in PubMed database to carry out an analysis,and their subject heading terms (MeSH) were downloaded.The MeSH terms appearing over 41 times were intercepted as high-frequency keywords The frequency of high-frequency keywords in the same literature was calculated to form a word co-occurrence matrix.Clustering was done on the matrix by SPSS statistical software.The research focus on the topic was obtained by analyzing the contents of various literatures.Results A total of 2 756 papers related to hypertension and salt intake were searched out.Thirty-four keywords appeared over 41 times,and the highest frequency keyword was about hypertensive pathophysiological studies,with a 436-time frequency.Four focal researches were obtained by clustering the 34 high-frequency keywords.Conclusion The focal researches abroad related to hypertension and salt intake are mainly focused on drug therapy,negative physiological effects of high-salt diet on blood pressure,impacts of sodium metabolism on hypertension and pharmacological effect of sodium chloride.
