摘要
硫磺制酸工艺中,针对炉气三氧化硫和水分测定方法在生产中存在的问题,校正了压差式流量计,改进了取样三连球、U型管的使用;适量装入吸收载物量;先用碘标准溶液滴定试液后,再以氢氧化钠标准溶液滴定至终点,通过取样前后增加的质量减去二氧化硫、三氧化硫的质量就可得出SO3和水分含量。
In sulfur system sour craft,high temperature furnace gas SO3 and moisture content after sample processing,uses the iodine standard solution titrate test solution first to the pale blue,then take the sodium hydroxide standard solution titrate to the grayish-green as the end point.The quality which increases through the sanple around subtracts the sulphur dioxide,the sulfur trioxide quality,thus obtains SO3 and the moisture content.
