摘要
目的探讨应用瞬态耳声发射进行新生儿听力筛查的可行性与临床意义,促进其正常的言语发育。方法应用畸变产物耳声发射仪,对2007~2008年沈阳市皇姑区内6489例活产新生儿进行听力筛查。未通过初筛者,在出生42d后接受听力复查,仍未通过复查者,在新生儿3个月左右转诊至沈阳市妇幼保健所,采用听觉脑干诱发电位进行听力诊断性检查,确诊为听力损伤的患儿,建议其家长及时到有关医院专科进行相应的医学干预。结果活产婴儿共7175例,实际筛查6489例,初筛通过5103例(78.64%);复查935例,通过885例(94.65%)。活产婴儿总体通过5988例,通过率为83.46%。结论耳声发射是一种快速有效简便的新生儿听力普遍筛查工具,通过筛查,可对新生儿听力损失做到早发现、早干预,促进婴儿语言发育。
Objective To discuss the feasibility and clinical advantages of using otoacoustic emission (OAE) to check newborn babies' hearing, and find, diagnose and cure earlier for helping them getting better language development. Methods The main investigation was based on hearing screening of 6 489 newborn babies in Huanggu District by using Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAE). If some babies didn't pass the first screening, they would do the second screening after 42 days. If some of them still cannot pass it, they would be sent to Shenyang women and children health centre when they are 3 months old. They will be checked by Auditory Brainstem Responses (AABR) after that. When they have been diagnosed hearing impairment, their parents should take them to special hospital for treatment immediately. Results Through investigation, results show as following, there were 7175 newborn babies in Huanggu District. In the first screening, there were 6489 babies checked and 5103 babies passed (78.04% of total). In the second screening, there were 935 babies checked and 885 babies passed (94.65% of total). In summary, there were 5988 babies passed (83.46% of all). Conclusion This research concludes that OAE is a kind of effective tool for universal newborn hearing screening. By using it, hearing impairment can be found and cured earlier. It will be good for newborn babies' language development.
