摘要
目的:了解美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者偷吸海洛因的原因,评估针对性干预的效果。方法:采用问卷方式对在治疗期间尿检阳性或自述有偷吸行为的120例门诊维持治疗患者进行偷吸原因调查;同时将其随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组予以针对性干预+美沙酮维持治疗,对照组仅参加美沙酮维持治疗,对比两组干预前后家庭功能和维持治疗情况,评估针对性干预的疗效。结果:心理因素、毒友引诱、身体不适是造成偷吸的主要原因;针对性干预后,干预组患者的生存质量有所改善,治疗依从性和服药率有所提高。结论:美沙酮维持治疗门诊患者偷吸毒品的原因是多方面的;针对偷吸原因干预可提高美沙酮维持治疗效果。
Objective：To understand the reasons of heroin use during methadone maintenance treatment（MMT） and the effect of pertinent intervention on it.Methods：A questionnaire survey was conducted on the reasons of heroin use during MMT among 120 patients.After the survey,they were randomly divided into two groups,one group was treated with MMT and pertinent intervention as well,and the other only treated with MMT.The quality of life,MMT efficacy and the effect of pertinent intervention were evaluated.Results：Psychological status,relationship with family and other drug users,bodily discomfort were the main reasons inducing heroin use during MMT;pertinent intervention improved the quality of life and raised the retention rate of MMT.Conclusion：Reasons causing drug use during MMT are various.Pertinent intervention on relapse can guarantee MMT efficacy.
