摘要
目的:探讨阴道超声(TVS)配合子宫输卵管声学造影在不孕症治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:对我院2004年1月～2008年1月140例不孕症患者行阴道超声配合子宫输卵管声学造影。结果:经声学造影后双侧输卵管通畅者83例(59.29%),输卵管通而不畅者41例(29.29%),输卵管不通者16例(11.43%)。结论:经阴道超声配合子宫输卵管声学造影可提高不孕症患者的诊断率和疗效。
Objective：To explore the clinic value of transvaginal sonography（TVS）with metrosalpingography.Methods：Employed TVS with metrosalpingography to 140 infertile cases admitted from January 2004-January 2008.Results：Eight-three cases had accessible bilateral fallopian tubes（59.29%）,41 cases had accessible but not smooth tubes（29.29%）,and 16 caes had inaccessible one（11.43%）.Conclusion：TVS with metrosalpingography can increase diagnosis rate of infertile cases.
