摘要
针对如何确定避让时机这一问题，提出了一个综合考虑多种影响因素的避让时机决策模型．该模型采用模糊决策表来描述避让行动的５个阶段，并运用模糊产生式规则匹配算法来实现对决策表的查询。
This paper puts forward a model which takes many influential factors into consideration to determine the opportune moment for collision avoidance action.Because the model uses fuzzy decision table to represent the four stages of collision avoidance action and adopts fuzzy production rules'matching algorithm to consult the decision table,we can quickly know the stage where our ship lies during its collision avoidance action in any given condition.
