纳米二氧化钛水性分散浆对真丝织物紫外防护整理 被引量:7

摘要 以多羟基为桥基增强硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化钛的改性效果,得到了分散性好的高浓度纳米二氧化钛水性分散浆,研究了该水性分散浆整理真丝织物后的紫外防护效果,并对整理工艺进行了优化.结果表明:多羟基为桥基可显著增强硅烷偶联剂对纳米二氧化钛的分散改性效果,所得高浓度纳米二氧化钛水性分散浆中的纳米粒子粒度小、分布均匀,在水中分散稳定性好,质量浓度达100 g/L的纳米二氧化钛水性分散浆放置4 d,沉降百分数仅为0.04%.纳米二氧化钛水性分散浆稀释后整理的真丝织物具有较强并持久的紫外屏蔽效果,优化整理工艺条件:纳米TiO2用量为6 g/L,浸渍30 min,整理液pH值为7,140℃焙烘3 min,整理后真丝织物UPF指数从整理前的7.52增加到69.52,50次洗涤后UPF指数仍达到61.47. Modification effect of silane coupling agent on nanometer Ti02 was strengthened by multi-hydroxyl compound as bridge group and well-dispersed high concentration nanometer slurry was obtained. The ultraviolet protective result of the waterborne dispersed slurry modified silk fabric was investigated and the finishing technology was optimized. The results showed that the dispersion modification effect of nanometer TiO2 using silane couple agent was improved evidently by multi-hydroxyl compound. Modified high concentration nano- TiO2 waterborne dispersed slurry had small size, even distribution and well-dispersed stability, the percentage of deposition is only 0.04% after four days even the concentration of the nano-TiO2 slurry was 100 g/L. The silk fabric treated by modified nano-TiO2 slurry showed strong and durable anti-UV properties. The optimum finishing technology was as follows: nano-TiO2 concentration 6 g/L, dipping time 30 min, pH 7, 140 %; baked 3 min. The UPF value of silk fabric was increased from 7.52 of untreated silk to 69.52 of treated silk, and the UPF was still high to 61.47 after 50 times washing.
