摘要 以野生玫瑰和栽培玫瑰的1年生扦插苗为试材,分析不同浓度NaCl胁迫下玫瑰叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量及膜透性,并对野生玫瑰和栽培玫瑰间的差异进行比较。结果表明:盐胁迫对玫瑰叶绿素含量,膜透性及MDA含量均产生了不同程度的影响。随着盐浓度的增加,叶绿素含量先增加后减少;MDA含量增加,其中玫瑰品种‘紫雁’增加幅度较大;膜透性随盐浓度的增加呈增大趋势,其中‘紫雁’的增加幅度相对较大。综合分析表明野生玫瑰的抗盐碱能力比‘紫雁’强。 With in the materials of wild roses seedlings and eultivars of Rosa rugosa seedlings, the chlorophyll content, theMDA content, and membrane permeability were measured and the comparison of resistance to salt stress between wild plants and cultivars of Rosa rugosa was studied. The results showed that several physiologic characteristics of Rosa rugosa were changed by salt stress and the chlorophyll content first increased and then decreased. The MDA content rose arid the changes of Rosa rugosa 'ziyan' was obvious;The infections also in membrane permeability. A comprehensive analysis shows that wild plants came to a higher resistance ability than Rosa rugosa 'ziyan'.
