摘要
分析了T形贴角焊缝接头应力公式的计算原理,并和其他相关文献的焊缝应力计算公式进行了对比.采用有限元方法对T形接头在拉压和面内弯曲2种情况下进行了强度计算,指出了保证焊缝等强度设计时焊缝尺寸应该满足的条件,以及应力分布和应力集中情况,为焊缝强度设计,特别是疲劳强度设计提供了定量的参考依据.
Comparing with other formulation of the welding line,the stress theory of T-shaped joints is analyzed and then the finite element method is employed to obtain the stress distribution for two cases of tension-compression and bending.The size requirement of welding line and the effect of stress concentration are presented to meet the strength requirement for T-shaped joints.Results can be used for strength design and fatigue design of T-shaped joints in engineering.
