摘要
首先分析了开路故障对双馈感应发电机的电流和其他变量的影响,提出了一种基于电流信号平均值的开路故障的诊断方法,并通过非均匀采样方式采样电流信号,这种方法可用于诊断单个功率开关开路和两个功率开关同时开路的情况,针对诊断系统容易在同步速时发生误报的情况,可以通过在同步速时禁止诊断系统得到解决,并且这种方法不会引起漏报,仿真结果表明,该方法不仅能有效防止误报,还可准确地诊断出开路故障的位置和类型。
Open-curcuit faults of insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) and its effect on current and other variables of doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG)were analyzed in the beginning. An open fault diagnosis method was introduced through investigating the features of current signals. The current signals is sampled by non-uniform sampling. The method can be applied to the open circuit fault diagnosis of one or two power switches. In order to avoid false alarm at sychronous speed, the dianosis system will be disabled, and this method will not result in leaving real open circuit faults out. The simulation results show that this method can not only suppress false alarms but also detect the locations and styles of open-curcuit faults precisely.
