益生素和寡糖促进畜禽生长的作用机理研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抗生素作为饲料添加荆应用于畜牧业已取得明显的经济效益,它能够提高畜禽增重和饲料转化效率,降低死亡率以及提高繁殖率。然而近年来,随着认识的不断深入,人们开始发现,在抗生素作为饲料添加剂带来巨大经济效益的背后所隐藏的弊端,抗生素的应用已引起人们的广泛关注。为了寻求替代品,世界卫生组织、联合国粮农组织及关、日等国极为重视抗生素替代物的研制,从而以活茵为主的益生素(Salminen,1999)和以多糖为主的寡糖应运而生。 Antibiotics as feed additives in animal husbandry has achieved remarkable economic returns, because they can improve weight gain of animals, feed conversion efficiency, decrease mortality and increase reproductive rate. However, in recent years, people began to find that the application of antibiotics brought not only huge economic benefits but also the hidden serious defects. So people widespreadly concern the use of antibiotics. In order to seek succedaneum, WHO, FAO and the United States, Japan and other countries attach great importance to the development of substitutes of antibiotics. Thus probiotics based on alive bacterium and oligosac- charides with polysaccharides base emerged.
