摘要
为利用高额外汇储备对国民经济发展带来更多有利影响,借鉴其他国家外汇储备有效管理的实践经验,对我国外汇储备规模管理应追求外汇储备增长与经济增长的协调性,改善国际收支状况及促进内需,需进一步改革我国现行外汇管理体制及深化人民币汇率形成机制以及完善我国外汇管理体制等。以期在遵循安全性、流动性原则的基础上,进一步追求收益性,实现外汇储备的保值增值。文中对我国外汇储备结构管理给出了有针对性的对策建议。
In order to make good use of abundant foreign exchange reserves to develop our national economy and to keep balance of the international payment and domestic demands,this paper proposed some concrete countermeasures and advice to reform China＇s current foreign exchange administration system and RMB exchange rate formation mechanism.The practical experience of other countries was also taken into consideration to maintain our country＇s economic growth to be stable on the equilibrium basis under the rapid reserve growth.However it must follow the general investment principle of security and mobility to chase the highest profitability.
