摘要
中华民族精神是维系中华民族生生不息的精神力量。中共几代领导人都十分重视中华民族精神在先进文化建设中的重大作用。但是,在当今全球化时代,民族精神建设遭遇到了从未有过的挑战:一是全球化背景下世界多元文化的挑战,二是市场经济和多种所有制并存条件下利益多元化的挑战,三是来自教育边缘化的危机。面对上述挑战,当前和今后相当长时间必须持之以恒地抓好以下几方面的工作:第一,强化马克思主义的指导地位,以"三个代表"统领文化建设;第二,以社会主义荣辱观教育为核心,以继承和弘扬优秀民族文化为抓手,使全社会形成中华民族精神所体现的共同价值取向;第三,加强对青少年特别是对当代大学生的思想品德教育;第四,积极利用全球化为中国传统文化的复兴带来的有利条件,推动中国传统文化的不断现代化和走向世界。
Chinese national spirit is a spirit power that makes the Chinese nation last forever. The recent past leaders of CPC pay great attention to the important role of Chinese national spirit on advanced cultural construction. However, nowadays, National spirit construction in globalization period confronts with unprecedented challenges. The first challenge comes from the world multi-cultures under globalization background. The second is the multi-in- terest under market economy and coexistence of diversified ownership. The third one is from the crisis of marginal- ization education. Confronting with those challenges above, from the present to the future, it is vital to do several aspects well. Firstly, strengthen the Marxism guiding position and command cultural construction according to the ＂Three Represents＂. Secondly, based on the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and according to inheriting and carrying forward excellent national cultures, it is to form a common value-direction, which illustrates the Chi- nese national spirit. Thirdly, strengthen adolescencs education on ideology and morality, especially, the contempo- rary college students. Fourthly, use the advantage positively that is from Chinese traditional cultural revival, and promote Chinese traditional cultural modernization to move towards the world.
