摘要
高校学生管理权具有双重属性:既表现为一种管理权力又表现为一种管理权利。高校管理权与学生权利的关系,实质包含两类矛盾关系:高校管理权力与学生权利的关系和高校管理权利与学生权利的关系。建构高校管理权与学生权利的平衡机制,就是要实现前述两类矛盾关系的平衡:高校管理权力与学生权利的平衡;高校管理权利与学生权利的平衡。
College administration of students has double features, which is expressed in the administration power and the administration fights. In the relationship between college administration and students＇ fights, there are two contradictions in nature ： one is the relationship between college administration power and students＇ rights ; the other is the relationship between college administration rights and students＇rights. Therefore, to construct an equilibrium mechanism between college administration and students＇ rights is to strike a balance in the two relationships of conflicts --to keep a balance between college administration power and students＇rights, and to keep a balance between college administration rights and students＇rights.
