摘要
中国共产党西安欧亚学院党委会,坚持以科学发展观为指导,认真做好党员教育、管理和发展工作,有力地促进了学院改革、发展与稳定。其基本做法是:从管理入手,促进党员教育规范化;从思想入手,加强党员教育的实效性;从培养入手,增强党的生机与活力;从典型入手,树立党员队伍的榜样群体。学院党员教育、管理和发展党员工作在各级党组织的共同努力下,在学院董事会的大力支持下,取得了良好的效果。
The Committee of Xi＇ an Eurasia University of the Communist Party of China persists in taking the scientific outlook on development as its guidance to perform the tasks of educating, managing and developing the party members, which promotes the reform, development and stability of the college. In doing so, the committee has taken some measures from the following aspects： in administration, the education of party members is regulated ; in perfecting ideology, the utility of the education is enhanced; in cultivation, more new members are recruited ; in molding models, several groups of excellent party members are publicized. Due to the joint efforts of the party organizations of all levels and under the support from the college board of trustees, the CPC Committee has accomplished some achievements in educating, managing and developing the party members.
