摘要
中国共产党将苏区青年工作作为群众工作的重要组成部分,苏区共青团组织发挥了先进青年群众组织与党的助手和后备军的作用。党高度重视青年工作,加强对青年工作的领导;团结青年,教育青年,组织青年,扩大青年工作的覆盖面和影响力;党有号召,团有行动,围绕党的中心任务开展共青团和青年工作;加强队伍建设,造就大批优秀的团干部,并积累了宝贵的经验。对当代加强党的先进性建设,提高党的执政能力具有重要的借鉴和启示。
During the Soviet area, the Communist Party of China lookedon youth work as important component of Party＇s mass work, the CYL organizations played a good role on advanced youth mass organization and Party＇s assistant and reserve force. The Party attached great importance to youth work; reinforc the Party ＇s leading to youth work ; united youth, educated youth, organized youth, ex- panded face covering and influence of youth work. The Party had appealed to the CYL to carry out the Communist Youth League and youth job around the Party＇s central task ; reinforce team construction ; bring up a large number of excellent cadre of regiment and so on having accumulated precious experience. This is important lessons and enlightenment not only to the Party＇s advance building of the present age, but also to the Party＇s governing capacity.
