股骨转子间及转子下骨折内固定治疗 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端解剖型钢板及动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw,DHS)治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折临床疗效。方法自2005年11月~2007年10月采用股骨近端解剖型钢板及DHS治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨析96例,其中股骨转子间骨折65例,转子下骨折31例。采用股骨近端解剖型钢板固定59例,DHS固定37例。结果经11~25个月,平均17.6个月随访,骨折均愈合,髋关节功能根据Harris评分标准进行评定,优63例,良27例。结论股骨近端解剖型钢板及DHS治疗股骨转子间及转子下骨折能达到良好复位和坚强固定,可早期功能锻炼。 Objective To investigate the effect of anatomical proximal femur bone plate and dynamic hip screw (DHS) used as a treatment for intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fractures. Methods 96 patients with intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanteric fractures were treated with anatomical proximal femur bone plate and DHS from November 2005 to October 2007.65 cases of which were intertrochanteric fractures and 31 cases were subtrochanteric fractures.59 cases were fixed with anatomical proximal femur bone plate ,37cases were fixed with DSH .Results The 96 Patients were fllowed up from 11 to 25 months ,with an average of 17.6 months. Complete union was found in all cases,the function was excellent in 63 cases and good in 27 cases, according the results of Harris' s scores .Conlusion Anatomical proximal femur bone blate and DHS are treatment methods for intertrochanteric fractures and subtrochanterie fractures with good redution, reliable fixation and early rehabilitation.
