摘要
干部与群众的社会主义荣辱观不同程度地缺失,是社会主义市场经济条件下干群关系有进一步激化趋向的深层原因之一。梳理和分析干群关系中社会主义荣辱观缺失的表现,能够有效引导干部群众结合自身实际,在生产、经营、管理和生活之中切实贯彻和实践社会主义荣辱观。
one of the Deep- seated reasons of the relations between cadres and the masses becoming acute in conditions of the socialist market economy is the Varying degrees deficiency of the socialism outlook on honour and disgrace in the cadres and the masses. To sort and analyze the deficiency displays of the socialism outlook on honour and disgrace of the relations between cadres and the masses, will effectively guide the cadres and masses to indeed implementat and practice socialism outlook on honour and disgrace combined with their reality in production, operation, management and life.
