摘要 针对目前我国重大工程建设的安全管理现状,以系统管理的思路借鉴国内外重大工程建设安全管理模式的先进之处,综合考虑影响重大工程建设过程中安全管理的各因素,建立6个一级指标,27个二级指标的评价体系。运用层次分析法(AHP)对其中指标进行权重计算,结果显示危险源辨识、危险源控制与管理是影响安全管理状况的主要因素;结合模糊综合评价法对泰州长江公路大桥的安全管理现状进行综合评价,结果显示为良好,与实际情况相符合,证明其可行性。该安全管理系统评价指标体系的建立与评价方法的运用,对重大工程建设的安全管理现状评价有借鉴意义,以期提高我国重大工程建设现场的安全管理水平。 Considering the safety management status of key project construction in China,and by referring to the advanced experience of safety management model in key project construction at home and abroad,an assessment index system with first-layer of six factors and second-layer of twenty-seven factors was established based on the factors affecting the safety management during the key project construction.The weight of each index was determined by AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and the results show that the main factors affecting safety management level are hazard identification,hazard control and management.Finally,by using the index system and combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the safety management system of the Taizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge was evaluated,which shows that the results are consistent with the actual situation.And thus the feasibility of this method is verified.The establishment of evaluation index system and the utilization of evaluation methods are good references to the evaluation of the safety management status of key project construction.
