摘要
叙述了发展低碳经济的紧迫性以及山西省发展低碳经济的条件和做法,指出,山西发展低碳经济尚需要国家层面的大力支持。
In this paper, the author describes the urgency of developing the low-carbon economy, conditions and practices of developing low-carbon economy in Shanxi province. And then points out that low-carbon economy development in Shanxi province still needs national support.
