摘要 依据数控刀具的基本特征、组成特点和工件的加工工艺特征,引入逻辑部件和逻辑刀具的概念,提出了基于工件工艺特征的刀具选配方案,成功开发出了一套数控刀具管理与选配软件,实现了不同厂商的刀具部件替换代用和基于工艺特征的智能刀具选配,并为企业进行知识积累,形成适合本企业的刀具选配知识库,增强企业的软实力奠定了基础。 According to the basic features of NC tools and process features of part, a concept of logical parts and logical tools is put forward, and a tool selection method based on process features of part is proposed. A system for management and selection of NC tools is developed successfully, and by this system an exchange between tool parts produced by different manufacturers and intelligent selection of tools based on process features can be realized. In addition, this research will also establish a foundation for building a tool selection knowledge base which suits enterprise by knowledge accumulation.
