摘要
构建有效的技术创新平台是推动专业镇经济实现又好又快发展的关键所在,因此,采取何种模式构建技术创新平台才能取得较好效果自然就成为一个重要的研究问题。本文在分析福建省专业镇技术创新平台构建背景的基础上,提出并分析了政府主导型、龙头企业主导型、行业协会主导型以及产业技术创新战略联盟主导型等四种构建模式的优缺点及适用于构建的创新平台的类型。最后,进一步探讨了保障专业镇技术创新平台构建模式有效推行的重要措施。
An effective technology innovation platform is the key point to promote professional town economic to develop well and rapidly. Therefore, it become an important question about how to choose a better construction mode for technology innovation platform. Based on the analysis of construction background for technology innovation platform. This paper put forward the government-led construction mode, the leading enterpriseled construction mode, industry association-led construction mode, industry technology innovation strategic alliance-led construction mode, then analyze their strengths and weaknesses and appropriate innovative platform type for constructing. Finally, we further probe important safeguards to promote technology innovation platform construction mode effectively.
